Stay in your own house, with your people close and help one tap away.
Know Mom checked in, took her readings, and had a good day — without calling five times.
Home health, hospice, assisted living, skilled nursing — we answer your after-hours line and watch your patients with you.
Pharmacies, medical equipment, and the partners who keep care moving.
Big type, a few clear buttons, familiar voices. One tap says "I'm okay today." No apps to figure out, no passwords to forget.
Blood pressure, weight, oxygen — taken at home, showing up where the right people see them. If something looks off, a person follows up.
Day or night, a real person answers — U.S.-based, every hour. Small worries get a calm voice. Big ones get the right help, fast.
Havena was built in the ranch country of western South Dakota by people who deliver home health and hospice care across some of the longest miles in America. We know what it means when the nearest help is an hour away — and what it takes to close that distance. Read our story →
Havena puts a simple screen in your house that keeps you connected to your family, your nurse, and a real person who answers any hour — without changing how you live.
Nothing about Havena asks you to be good with technology. If you can press one button, you're ready.
Tell us a little and a real person calls you — usually within one business day. Sending this doesn't sign you up for anything; nothing starts until we've talked and you say so.
Whether you live across town or across the country, Havena keeps you close: her check-in, her readings, her day — on your phone, as it happens.
Tell us a little and a real person calls you — usually within one business day. Sending this doesn't commit you or them to anything; nothing starts until we've talked.
Havena is the connected-care platform built by working home health and hospice operators — for agencies and facilities that can't be everywhere at once. Pick your chapter.
Your nurses can't answer the phone at 2 a.m. and chart at 8 a.m. Havena's U.S.-based line takes the after-hours calls, follows your protocols, and hands you a clean report by morning — every call, every outcome, nothing lost.
Hospice families call at hard hours with hard questions. Havena answers with calm, trained voices, reaches your on-call nurse when it's time, and treats every family with the dignity this work demands.
Your residents' families want to know more; your staff has enough on their plates. Havena gives families their daily window and gives your building an always-answered line — without adding a single task to your med aides' day.
Families of skilled-nursing residents are the most anxious families there are. Havena connects them — updates, photos, presence — while your team works, and supports safer transitions when residents go home.
Remote patient monitoring only works when someone actually watches. Havena supplies the platform, the devices lane, and the always-on human layer — your clinicians review readings and stay in charge of care.
Tell us about your organization and a real person calls you — usually within one business day. No obligation; the first conversation is just that.
Pharmacies, equipment suppliers, and service partners keep patients safe at home. Havena connects your work to the care team's screen — so nothing falls between the cracks.
Medication problems at home are usually invisible until they're emergencies. Havena makes them visible early — and puts your pharmacy in the loop where it belongs.
You deliver the equipment; Havena shows whether it's working and being used. Supply levels and usage live on the care team's board — verified by nurses, not guessed.
Respite care, behavioral health, transportation, meals — if your work touches a patient at home, there's a place for it on the care team's screen. Tell us what you do; we'll tell you how it connects.
Tell us about your business and a real person calls you — usually within one business day.
Havena comes from the ranch country of western South Dakota — from a family of caregivers who have spent years delivering home health, hospice, and assisted-living care across some of the longest miles in America. Out here, the nearest neighbor can be a section away and the nearest hospital an hour. We learned a long time ago that good care in this country isn't about being close by. It's about being connected.
That's what Havena is: the connection. A simple screen in the house that an eighty-year-old can use without help. Readings that travel from the kitchen table to the care team on their own. A phone line where a real person — an American, awake, trained, and kind — answers at 3 a.m. the same as 3 p.m. And a window for the family, wherever they've scattered to, that says what every son and daughter actually wants to know: today was a good day.
We built Havena for our own patients first, because nothing on the market respected them enough. The screens were too complicated. The call centers were oceans away. The "solutions" treated grandparents like problems to be managed. Our rule from the first day has been dignity first: plain words, familiar voices, one-tap simplicity, and a human being on the other end — always.
Today Havena serves patients, families, agencies, and facilities — and we're just getting started. If you're a family holding things together from three states away, or an agency stretching good nurses across a big map, we built this for you.

Havena is a technology and care-support platform. Havena is not a licensed healthcare provider; clinical care is always delivered by licensed clinicians and agencies.
Havena is a simple monthly subscription. No equipment ransom, no surprise line items, no long contract holding you hostage.
1‑888‑402‑9110, any hour. A real person answers.
Only if you ask for one — and most families never do. Havena works completely without cameras. "No cameras unless you say so" is a promise, not a setting.
Then we built this for Mom. One big button says "I'm okay today." Reminders play in a familiar voice. If she can press one button, she's ready — and if she doesn't press it, a real person notices.
Yes. Havena's own care line watches over patients in places with no local agency — that's exactly who we built this for.
A real person answers — awake, trained, kind, in the United States. Small worries get a calm voice. Big ones get the right help moving fast, and the family is brought in the right way.
Most of Havena runs on cellular, not your internet. Thin country internet — or none — is a problem we designed for, not a dealbreaker.
A simple screen for the house, and only the health devices her situation calls for (blood pressure cuff, scale, and the like). We set everything up — nobody hands Grandma a box of cables.
Yes and yes. The whole circle sees the same picture, and the monthly cost can be split among the family, with one person in charge of the account.
No — it makes them stronger. Havena works beside her agency: they see her readings, we answer the after-hours calls, everyone works from the same picture.
The people she says — her family circle, her care team, and the Havena staff helping her. Nobody else. We don't sell information, ever.
Havena is a private service — we don't bill Medicare, and we're not a licensed healthcare provider. Clinical care always comes from licensed clinicians and agencies; Havena keeps everyone connected around it.
